Chicago Pain Center Occupational Health Services incorporates medical encounter based interventions utilizing every encounter as an opportunity to affect the loss, from the first visit until case closure. Our focus is on facilitating appropriate medical care. All case information is communicated to employers, payers, case managers and managed care organizations when appropriate.
