The goal of a urine drug screen is to assess the presence of illegal drug metabolites in an applicant or employee.

A variety of drug panels are available to meet your company's requirements including PCP, cocaine, marijuana, valium, barbiturates, amphetamines and opiates- standard 5 exams as required by DOT

Chicago Pain Center follows the Department of Transportation's standards in the administration of a Urine Drug Screen and Alcohol Breath Testing. (DOT sets standards as to what constitutes a positive result).

All specimens are sent to a National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) certified laboratory.

We can provide collections only if employer has their own lab. In addition, for larger local employer and National companies we do provide onsite MRO services.

Physicians provide medical review for all positive tests to ensure quality control.

Employees or applicants are required to provide photograph identification before submitting a drug screen collection.
